Bookings and Payments
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone or in person.
Some services may require a deposit to confirm your booking.
Full payment is due upon completion of services.
Confirming your Appointment
All clients will receive an SMS reminder leading up to their appointment. We kindly ask that you confirm or cancel your booking by replying with “Y” or “Yes” to confirm or “N” or “No” to cancel. Alternatively, you can confirm your appointment by sending us a message on Facebook, Giving us a call, or visiting the salon in person.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice or a no-show may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
Deposits for certain services are non-refundable
Appointment Time
At Endless Hair Boutique, we kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the schedule for other clients. Please note that this may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
If you are running late or have time constraints we encourage you to notify your stylist as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Responsibility for Children and Personal Items
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that children be accompanied by an adult at all times and remain under close supervision. For safety reasons, we request that children avoid climbing on salon furniture or handling any tools or equipment.
We also remind clients that personal belongings are their sole responsibility during their visit.
